We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from the Sony Music Store. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original, sealed condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and within the 30-day return window; please note that digital downloads and opened media are non-returnable.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
