When will my pre-order item ship?

Pre-order items are scheduled to ship on or around the official release date listed on the product page. Please note that if your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire shipment may be held until the final item becomes available.

What is your return policy for physical media?

Vinyl, CDs, and cassettes must be returned in their original, unopened shrink-wrap within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Defective items can be exchanged for the same title upon verification.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.

What payment methods do you accept?
